Beautiful piece. I can only imagine that a war between city states here would be the stuff of epic novels and/or films. Do different city states take on different characteristics, depending on the sort of creature they sprout from? Are some more dominant than others?

Besides the fact that this is wonderfully rendered, it's a piece that sets one' mind at play. And that's always good.
